On Monday, October 15, 2018 the Cleveland Street Water Main Project is nearing SR 57. In preparation for the boring under SR 57, Wesley Avenue at Cleveland Street will be closed later today and remain closed Tuesday. Traffic for Wesley will need to the White Oak Street to Poplar Street for access.
Cleveland Street westbound will be reduced to one westbound lane at SR 57. This traffic restriction will cause long westbound traffic delays.
On Monday, October 22, 2018 the contractor is planning to reach the SR 57 & Abbe intersection. This will close the north side of Abbe Road at Cleveland Street.
This project will affect all traffic in the area of Cleveland Street at SR 57 and at Abbe Road for the next several weeks. Drivers should expect long delays if they travel this area.
