PG&E advises power shut down for public safety. 
Per Napa OES: PG&E has advised Napa County of planned power outages to approximately 5800 customers for public safety due to extreme weather. The following areas are impacted:
Angwin
Calistoga
Deer Park
Lake Berryessa
Pope Valley
St. Helena
And surrounding unincorporated areas.
