Two arrested after being located inside a stolen vehicle.

INCIDENT: VC 10851(a)/ PC 496- Vehicle Theft/Possession of a Stolen Vehicle
LOCATION: 2400 Block of Needles Hwy, Needles CA
SUSPECT(S): Rachael Hargrove, 18-years-old, and David Cherry, 28-years-old, both Residents of Nashville, TN
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY:
On October 12, 2018, deputies were conducting an area check in the 2400 block of Needles Hwy. A parked stolen vehicle was located in this area. The vehicle was taken out of Tucson, Arizona. Rachael Hargrove and David Cherry were both found inside the vehicle. As a result of the investigation, Hargrove was arrested for VC 10851 - Theft of a Vehicle and Cherry arrested for PC 496 - Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Hargrove and Cherry were transported and booked for their charges at the High Desert Detention Center where they are being held on a $50,000.00 bail.
