Broad River In Sc Near Blacksburg affecting Cherokee and York Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in North Carolina... French Broad River At Blantyre affecting Henderson and Transylvania Counties. South Fork Catawba River At Lowell affecting Gaston County. .Runoff from previous heavy rain will result in the river remaining above flood stage. The Flood Warning continues for The South Fork Catawba River At Lowell.

* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* Forecast...the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by late this afternoon.

* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Minor Flood Stage. South Fork Catawba River floodwaters are beginning to inundate Goat Island Park. Floodwaters are approaching Riverside Dr near 5th and 6th Streets in Cramerton. Floodwaters may be approaching Lakeview Dr. adjacent to Pharr Yarns in McAdenville.
