The Burlington County Health Department is offering free flu shots to County residents.
A drive thru flu clinic will take place on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Independent Fire Station located at 1601 Burlington Bypass Burlington, NJ. This clinic is open to all residents aged eighteen years and older.
In order to fast track through the clinic lines, please visit the Health Department website at www.co.burlington.nj.us/flu to download the Flu Consent Form and bring it with you on the day of the clinic. For additional information, visit the Health Department's website, or call 609-265-5533.
