Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Altadena Station detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating Critical Missing Juvenile Xander Munoz. He is a 16 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen at his group home on the 2900 block of El Nido Drive, Altadena, Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at approximately, 7:30 p.m.  
 
Xander is described as 5’08” tall, 138lbs., black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and gray sweatpants. He is known to hangout near or around Old Town Pasadena.
 
Xander is a diabetic, insulin dependent and requires additional medication. His family and caregivers have not seen or heard from him. They are very concerned and asking for the public’s help in located him.
