Evacuate immediately due to a flooding at ONLY and TEST Streets, San Rafael. If you are receiving this message and are within half mile of ONLY and TEST Streets, San Rafael, you need to evacuate the area immediately. An evacuation site is available at TEST Community Center.
Gather other residents, pets, and critical medications leave the area. Please also check with neighbors to ensure they are aware of this alert and to see if they need assistance.
If you are unable to evacuate, please contact 311 and shelter in place - close doors and windows, and turn off any heating or A/C.
