* At 1039 AM CDT, the public reported flash flooding across the warned area. 1 to 4 inches of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Medicine Lodge, Kiowa, Hardtner, Sharon, Sawyer, Hazelton, Isabel, Lake City, Aetna and Cairo.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BARBER, KS ... PRATT, KS
