Hwy 11/Kulani Road is open. Please use caution when traveling in this area as ponding and rain runoff is still possible. 
HPD has opened Highway 11 and Kulani Road. Rain runoff and ponding are still possible and motorists are asked to use caution when driving in the area.
Due to the rainy weather additional road closures can occur with short notice. The public is asked to stay informed and drive with care.
State Highway road crews and Police are monitoring the area for potential hazards.
