Deputies arrest 4 suspects for mail theft and identity theft after a concerned citizen calls Sheriff's dispatch

SUMMARY:
On Sunday, October 7, 2018, at approximately 7:14 am, deputies with the Chino Hills Station conducted a traffic stop on a white, 2007 Chevy Tahoe with no license plates. Sheriff's dispatch was advised that the occupants of the vehicle were seen by the reporting party exiting their vehicle and stealing mail from a residential neighborhood in the City of Chino Hills. Deputies detained Steven Miller, Reyna Ochoa, James Sullivan and Erika Garcia during the traffic stop. During the investigation, deputies located stolen mail and evidence of identity theft from at least eight victims from the City of Chino Hills. The four suspects were arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center on multiple charges.
