Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding a shooting death of a Male Black adult that occurred on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at approximately 10:16 p.m.

Deputies assigned to South LA Station responded to a Los Angeles County Fire Station located on the 1400 block of W. 108^th Street, Los Angeles, regarding a gunshot victim call.

Detectives have learned that unknown individuals dropped the victim off at the location.  The victim had sustained at least one gunshot wound to his lower torso. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The location of the crime is unknown at this time.

The motive and suspect information is unavailable at this time and it is unknown if this is gang related.  

The investigation is still ongoing.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to investigate the shooting death of a male. The incident occurred on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at approximately 10:16 p.m., on the 1400 block of W. 108^th Street, Los Angeles.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
