AREA RESTRICTION:
The following portions of Area 10 remain closed under this regulation:
1) All waters east of a line drawn from Alki Point to West Point, thence to Meadow Point, and
2) All waters west of a line drawn from Monroe Point on Bainbridge Island to Point Jefferson on the Kitsap Peninsula.

Fishermen are advised on their responsibility when fishing in the shipping lanes to stay in contact with the US Coast Guard/Vessel Traffic as stipulated in the MOU signed by the Tulalip Tribes and the US Coast Guard. You can get copies of the document at the Natural Resources Department or from Tulalip Enforcement.
