Deputies arrest Ha Cho of Chino Hills for criminal threats and domestic battery

LOCATION: 16000 block of Royal Troone Ct, Chino Hills
SUSPECT(S): Ha Cho, 72 Years old, a resident of Chino Hills
VICTIM(S): 69-Year-Old Female
SUMMARY: On Sunday, September 30th, 2018, deputies from the Chino Hills Police Station were dispatched to an assault with a knife in the 16000 block of Royal Troone Court. The reporting party stated the victim was pushed by his father, Ha Cho. Cho said he would kill the victim with a knife. Deputies arrived and contacted the suspect, Cho, believing he was armed with a knife. Cho was arrested without incident and found to be unarmed. Deputies determined Cho threatened to kill the victim in her sleep. Cho was arrested for making criminal threats and domestic battery. He was booked into West Valley Detention Center for criminal threats and domestic battery.
