Police activity was in 4900 Block of Horton Avoid area. No action required. 
Today EPD responded to an unresponsive person in the vicinity of Horton and 53rd Streets. It was later determined to be an unattended death. The Alameda County Coroner arrived and took custody of the deceased and to notify the next of kin. This is not being treated as a crime.
