911 call leads to arrest of Patoka man. 
On September 30, 2018, at 10:52 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 report of a battery that had just occurred in the 4600 block of North County Road 200 West. Sergeant Bruce Vanoven and Deputy George Ballard were dispatched to the residence and conducted an investigation. At the end of their investigation 61 year old Theodore Paris of Patoka was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Paris was charged with a battery and remains in custody on a $650 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
