Southeastern Buncombe County in western North Carolina...
* Until 1130 AM EDT.
* At 925 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that locally as much as 3 additional inches of rain had fallen
since daybreak this morning. Localized excessive runoff is
possible and small stream levels may rise again from around
Columbus and Tryon and up to the Lake Lure area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Columbus, Tryon, Lake Lure, Saluda, Chimney Rock Village, Chimney
Rock State Park, Shingle Hollow, Mill Spring, Lake Adger and Bat
Cave.
