At 806 AM EDT, reporting gauges indicated flooding across the area. Back Creek in Berkeley County is still rising and could reach flood stage later today. There are also still numerous reports of road closures, mainly in Frederick County Maryland. Other streams in the area may also be experiencing flooding.
