The city crew will be excavating in the alley above house #146 ,east side of Maxim Buterin's, to replace a waterline today 9/27/2018) The 3 roads available to use in the "old uptown section" are the road on the first row , Kandalehin (second row), or Ellerman Heights (very top row).
