* Until Thursday morning.
* At 12 PM Wednesday the stage was 15.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12 PM Wednesday was 15.1 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.5 feet by early this evening. The river will fall below flood stage overnight tonight.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Water goes over the banks of the Potomac near the mouth of the Opequon River. River Road is flooded in multiple spots near Shepherdstown.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY, WV ... JEFFERSON, WV ... WASHINGTON, MD
