Report of a disturbance at local truck stop ends with an arrest.

On September 22, 2018, at 1:33 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a disturbance at the Loves Travel Center located at 901 E 1250 South. Upon arriving Deputy Jennifer Loesch conducted an investigation into the incident and at the conclusion of the investigation she placed 63 year old Percy Hoskins, a transient into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the Gibson County Jail Mr. Hoskins was charged with Trespassing and Refusing to Leave. He remains in custody on a $1300 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
