The Plainfield Police Division would like to advise all that on Monday, September 24th, due to road construction and paving, expect road closures and delays beginning at 7:00 am through 5:00 pm in the areas of: West 5th from Clinton Avenue to the Piscataway border, Hunter Ave, Astor Place, Lyman Place and Clinton Place.
