Fatal Traffic Collision
Telegraph Road and Gage Road
On 09-20-18 at approximately 11:16 PM, Officers were dispatched to the area of Telegraph Road and Gage Road regarding a traffic collision.
Upon the officers’ arrival, they observed a vehicle that had collided into the rear of a semi-truck and trailer. As a result of the impact, the vehicle’s roof was sheared off and the driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The identity of the driver is unknown at this time. The driver of the semi-truck is cooperating with investigators. The Montebello Police Department Traffic Bureau is investigating this collision.
