Wireless Alert System Test Set for Today 
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will be conducting a test of the Emergency Alert System this morning.
A 'Presidential Alert' will be sent out on both the Emergency Alert System, as well as the Wireless Emergency Alert System. This means that your phone may receive the test messages this morning.
The test is set to begin at 11:18am pst.
