There has been a domestic violence kidnapping in the Guerneville area. Suspect is Gilberto Valentin-Lopez. Gilberto is a 41 year old hispanic male described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 190 pounds, with black hair and a beard wearing a white hat, grey t-shirt and blue jeans. Gilberto was last seen driving a white single cab pick up truck. It is possibly a Toyota Tacoma. There are at least 3 possible license plates: 62075F1, 08551H1, and 6K96325. Victim is a hispanic female. Gilberto's photo is attached to this Nixle.
