9/07 - 8:23 a.m. - Police responded to a motorcycle accident, in the 600 block of West Washington Street. The operator of the motorcycle reportedly lost control while she was making the turn, where South Illinois Street becomes Washington Street. The operator of the motorcycle was conscious, and transported to a St. Louis hospital, with non-life threatening injuries, via Millstadt EMS. She was reportedly wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
