9/06 - 3:26 p.m. - A passer-by reported a domestic disturbance in progress, in public view, in the 200 block of South Jefferson Street. Officers arrived to find a disturbance between a male and female, with a child present. The disturbance was found to be verbal only. The parties were separated, and no arrests were made.
