One Injured in Crash 
Sheriff Richard J. Behnke, reports that on 09/17/18 at approximately 1610 hours his office was called to investigate a personal injury crash that occurred on US 12 near Gumwood Rd in Milton Township, Cass County Michigan. 47 yr old, Resident of South Bend, IN, Shanyn Leigh Green, was driving in the Westbound lane on US 12 when a vehicle turned into her from Gumwood causing her motorcycle to roll over. The Driver of the vehicle that caused the crash was 83 yr old, Ressident of Dowagiac, MI, Donna Carter Fuson.
Green was taken to South Bend Memorial by SMCAS EMS from the scene. Green suffered minor injuries. Green was not warring a helmet during the time of the crash. Alcohol was not a factor in this crash.
