Beginning Monday September 17th the City will be closing Main Street to through traffic in between Kossuth Street and Perdue Street. Construction work will be taking place at the intersection of 21st Street and Main Street and where Wallace Street and Congress Street intersect Main Street. There will be hard barricades at the following intersections, Perdue and Main, Wallace and Main, and 21st and Main, no traffic will be allowed past those points. This closure will be until approximately October 26th, 2018. The detour will be Kossuth Street, South 18th Street and Perdue Street.
