On Sunday, September 16, 2018, at approximately 6:20 am, Officers were dispatched to 1154 E. Grand Avenue for an audible alarm at the business. The business was closed for construction renovations. Officers found the front door open.

Guevara was also in possession of burglary tools and a battery pack in his pocket. The battery pack was determined to have been removed from a burglary alarm control panel inside the premises.
Guevara was placed under arrest and transported to the San Luis Obispo County Jail, where he was booked on the charges of 459 PC-Burglary, 466PC- Possession of burglary tools, and 647(h) PC- Prowling. Guevara’s bail was set at $20,000.
