* From Tuesday morning until Wednesday morning.

* At 9 PM Sunday the stage was 3.9 feet.

* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is possible.

* Flood stage may be reached by Tuesday morning. Preparations for flooding should be taken by this time.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY, WV ... JEFFERSON, WV
