Joshua Doyle Holmes has just been taken into custody by Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Fugitive Squad and SWAT team.   Holmes was wanted in connection with the shooting death of Javier Woods which occurred last night Friday, September 14, 2018 at 772 Pointe South Parkway, Jonesboro Georgia.  Holmes was tracked to a home on Grayson Drive in Riverdale where he had been hiding out since the murder.

Fugitive Squad and S.W.A.T. team members surrounded the residence  giving Holmes no chance of escape.  Holmes wisely surrendered without a fight.

Holmes will face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now better known as the “Hill-ton”.
