On September 13, 2018, at approximately 3:00 p.m., in the area of Hanna Street and Ninth Street in Gilroy, a male suspect, described as a white male adult, 30 years of age, short dark hair, clean shaven, with black rimmed glasses (prescription glasses, not sunglasses), driving an older grey or silver 4-door sedan, approached two young juvenile females walking home from school. He exposed his genitalia, offered them money for sex, and ordered them into his car. When confronted by an adult neighbor, he sped away westbound on Fairview Drive from Hanna Street.
