FUGITIVE SEARCH-ROMERIC RSHAD FRALEY, B/M, 20YOA, 6'1" 175LBS, BLK/BRO wanted for driving with no license. 
In September of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 1 issued an arrest warrant for Romeric Rshad Fraley for three counts of burglary. Fraley also has an outstanding warrant out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 6 for operating a motor vehicle without having ever been issued a driver’s license.
The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
