On 9-13-18 at 12:25 PM, officers were dispatched to 171 Linn St. for the report of an armed subject. The victim reported being punched and kicked by several subjects while inside 171 Linn St. The victim reported seeing a handgun in the waistband of one of the suspects. The victim received minor injuries but did not want medical attention. The suspects, one of which the victim was able to identify, left the area in a black SUV prior to the officer’s arrival. As a precaution, Wilson Elementary School was put in soft lockdown for a short time while officers investigated the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
