Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the driver of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian in Deer Park in July.
Vanessa Tisdale was crossing the street in front of 321 Bay Shore Road when she was struck by a vehicle on July 10 at approximately 2 a.m. Tisdale, 56, was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment of serious injuries and subsequently transported to a rehabilitation facility.
The vehicle was described as a dark-colored sedan.
