New procedures to get a Building Permit in South Toms River. 
NOTICE: CHANGE IN BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS
Please be advised that South Toms River recently changed its process for all Building permits, from Beachwood Borough to Toms River Township.
All those looking to obtain (or are unsure of obtaining) a building permit should first call the Borough of South Toms River Zoning Office to provide you with guidance. Zoning permits must be done at South Toms River prior to obtaining a Building permit from Toms River. Please contact us at 732.349.0403 (Zoning is option 6 at the prompt).
