Planned Power Outage, Part 2-- Wednesday, September 12 
JCP&L has scheduled a second, planned outage affecting 118 customers in Knowlton Township tomorrow, September 12th from 1 pm to 2 pm to connect the mobile substation at their Columbia location. This second outage is associated with bringing the Columbia mobile substation online and will affect different customers than the first planned outage.
