* At 905 AM EDT, stream gauges indicate creeks and streams remain
elevated due to the previous rainfall. Jones Springs in Berkely
County along the Back Creek remains above the flood stage. Dry Run
Road and Daisy Lane are flooded based on the gauge level. Water
also is covering the pastureland near the creek.

Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Shepherdstown, Hancock, Paw Paw, Municipal
Stadium, Greenwood, Robinwood, Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, Ranson,
