At 246 PM EDT, reporting gauges indicated flooding across the area. The stream gauge on Opequon Creek at Bunker Hill is indicating a river stage of 4.61 feet. At 4.25 feet, Henshaw Road is flooded under Interstate 81. Other streams in the area may also be experiencing flooding. Two to three inches of rain have already fallen, with light to moderate rainfall continuing across the area, an additional inch of rainfall will be possible through this evening. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Shepherdstown, Hancock, Paw Paw, Municipal Stadium, Greenwood, Robinwood, Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, Ranson, Boonsboro, Smithsburg, Inwood, Paramount-Long Meadow, Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Berkeley Springs, Mount Aetna, Mount Lena and San Mar.
