The Glenn Creek Fire–North of milepost 6 on Flowery Trail Rd is 50 acres and has 90 personnel on scene. Containment is forecasted by Monday, September 10. The flames will be visible at night.

Today’s Activities:
The containment lines continue to be reinforced
with personnel working on hot spots inside the
black and burning out unburned fuel that pose a
danger to the line. Stimson Lumber Company is a
cooperating agency with the incident and has been
providing resources and personnel for the effort.

This Afternoon’s Activities:
Firefighters on the ground and resources from the
air will have a presence throughout the day and
evening on the fire line to ensure the containment
lines are maintained.
