Full Notification

On September 5, 2018 at approximately 4:49 PM, Manhattan Beach Police Officers responded to a call of indecent exposure that occurred in the 600 block of Herrin Avenue in Manhattan Beach.  The suspect exposed himself to a female juvenile in his vehicle as she was walking home from school.  The suspect fled after the crime and was last seen driving east on 5^th Street from Herrin Avenue.  The suspect was described as a male black adult in his 20’s, wearing all black clothing, driving a small black vehicle. 
 
Manhattan Beach Police Detectives investigated the incident and identified the suspect as 31 year-old Richard Eugene Milton of Carson, Ca.  On September 7, 2018 at approximately 1 PM, Milton was arrested by Manhattan Beach Detectives in the area of Rosecrans Avenue and Isis in the City of Hawthorne.  Milton was arrested for indecent exposure and is currently in custody at the Manhattan Beach Jail.
