Tillamook 911 has a temporary phone number that may be used to notify then in case of an emergency: 503-389-2212. This is valid ONLY for this outage. Be advised some phones work into 911, most don't. Some cellphones are affected as well. Remember, you can use test to 911 and if all else fails, goto your local Fire Station to report an emergency.
