David Delayo stopped and found to be on PRCS. Delayo was in possession of methamphetamine for sales and arrested.

INCIDENT: Felony Arrest Warrant on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) and Possession of Controlled Substance for Sales.
LOCATION: Mission Boulevard and Silicon Ave, Montclair
SUSPECT(S): David James Delayo, 28-year-old, resident of Pomona
SUMMARY: David James Delayo was contacted during a traffic stop in the unincorporated county area of Montclair. Delayo was on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) as a result of California Assembly Bill 109 (AB109). A records check was conducted and revealed Delayo had a felony no bail warrant for a PRCS violation. Delayo was placed under arrest for his warrant. Delayo was found to be in possession of methamphetamine for sales. Delayo was transported to the West Valley Detention Center and booked for the warrant and possession of a methamphetamine for sales.
