Evansville man arrested on dealing charge. 
On September 1, 2018, at 10 p.m. Deputy U.B. Smith conducted a traffic stop on a Green 2000 Oldsmobile Sports Utility Vehicle for speeding on US 41 near Richland Creek Drive. During a roadside investigation 18 year old Teahjai Frazier of Evansville who was a back seat passenger was found to be in possession of multiple bags of Marijuana and was taken into custody. At the conclusion of his investigation Deputy Smith transported Mr. Frazier to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Dealing in Marijuana. He remains in custody on a $650 bond.
Assisting Deputy Smith in his investigation was Deputy Jennifer Robb.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
