INCIDENT: Felony Arrest Warrant on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) and Possession of a Drug Paraphernalia
LOCATION: Mission Boulevard and Roswell Avenue, Montclair
SUSPECT(S): Jose Luis Cortez, 29-year-old, Resident of Chino
SUMMARY: Jose Luis Cortez was contacted in the unincorporated county area of Montclair. Cortez was on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) per Senate Bill AB109. A records check was conducted and revealed Cortez had a felony no bail warrant for a PRCS violation. Cortez was placed under arrest for his warrant. Cortez was found to be in possession of paraphernalia for using methamphetamine, he was arrested and booked at West Valley Detention Center for the warrant and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
