The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a
* Flood Warning for... Central Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
* Until 400 AM EDT.
* At 1006 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain are expected within the next hour. This will cause flooding in urban areas along with small streams and creeks coming out of their banks.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Berkeley and Arden.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY, WV
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
