The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

* Flood Warning for... East central Frederick County in northwestern Virginia... South central Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...

* Until 300 AM EDT.

* At 907 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Two to four inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Stephenson, Brucetown, Clear Brook, Ridgeway and Cedar Hill.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY, WV ... FREDERICK, VA

Instructions:

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
