In August of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 1 issued an arrest warrant for Donte Martell Williams for unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, battery by means of a deadly weapon, carrying a handgun without a license, carrying a handgun without a license with a previous conviction, and possession of marijuana. Williams also has an additional outstanding warrant out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 for possession of marijuana.

The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
