East 80th Street beach access handicap ramp UPDATE 
Starting on or about Tuesday September 4th, the East 80th Street beach access handicap ramp will be closed for scheduled reconstruction and upgrades. The pedestrian walkover directly south of the ramp will remain open to the public. The ramp upgrades are part of the Army Corps’ beach project and will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to be completed, weather dependent.
As a reminder, the handicap ramp on Mercer Avenue is open to the public.
