Drug Investigation – Search Warrant

LOCATION: Aldrin Road, Ocean Township
OFFICERS: Detectives Raheem Carter, Jesse Orbach, Greg Martone, Chris Brady, Detective Sergeants Gregory Tongring and Patrick Martin, Detective Lieutenant Timothy Torchia along with the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Dept. K-9 Unit.
ACCUSED: Terrell R. Banks 34-year-old-male //Ocean, NJ
NARRATIVE: On Monday, August 27th, 2018 at approximately 2:40pm, members of the Township of Ocean Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Aldrin Road in the Twinbrook Apartment Complex. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation by members of the Township of Ocean Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau.
Terrell Banks was taken into custody and the search warrant yielded narcotics, drug paraphernalia and U.S. currency associated with narcotic sales. Banks was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute, possession of prescription legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Banks was released on a criminal summons pending a future court appearance.
